This Business Analyst position is focused on the implementation of the OCE CRM solution globally with a focus on integrating different systems. The person in this role will work closely with the Global Product Owners (Business and IT) and Business Analysts assigned to the business domains: Medical, Clinical/Development, Patient, business stakeholders across the global functions and affiliates, the testing team, vendors/suppliers.General information

Tasks & Responsibilities
EpiCX integrations projects: Workday, Sailpoint, PubDB DataSources, gCal, Concur:
• Documentation of processes, business use cases, requirements and user stories
• Facilitation of workshops, and SME discussions
• Mapping of system capabilities and requirements
• Definition and documentation of processes for integration (Functional and non-functional)
• Definition of acceptance criteria
• Support testing and lead UAT
Must Haves
• 8y+ of experience working as a Business Analyst in global projects, with global functions and Affiliates in a similar environment ()
• Knowledge of CRM process and solutions ()
• Knowledge of integration methods (API, ETL) ()
• General business analysis capabilities. This includes facilitation of workshops, business process mapping, requirement gathering, documenting requirements in format of user stories, writing UAT scripts ()
• Knowledge of the Agile methodology and SCRUM (****)
• Experience with mapping of data flows
• Works with the testing team to support SATs
• Good understanding of the Testing: UAT preparation and lead
• Knowledge of the salesforce platform
• Experience with PMM and Jira
• Document system functional and technical requirements
• Fluent in written and spoken English
