Office 365 Specialist (Cloud Migration/RFPs) - Brussels, Belgium
Languages: ENGLISH with FRENCH and/or DUTCH
Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience with IT governance and compliance related to Office Suite and Office 365.
- Proven experience writing RFPs.
- Very good technical experience with the full Office 365 and Office Suite.
- Ideally previous experience in Cloud migration projects.
Description of work:
- Governance board to refine the governance plan over time: review new technologies, changes and associated training, policies, standards principles & goals.
- Show & educate employees how to use O365 with standards and explain why the importance to establish adoption.
- Specify rules of engagement, focus on business scenarios or initiatives, enforce & automate.
- Board responsible to develop a govern vision, policies, standards into a plan.
- Determine business & O365 requirements, identify the gaps between current and target Governance Model.
- Gather business requirements and build a governance plan that allows the platform to be leveraged in an organized, thoughtful, yet secure way.
