1.Support business and technology innovation that drives the organization's top and bottom lines.
2.Detail potential competitive threats from digital enterprises that are outside of your traditional realm of competition.
3.Engage key business stakeholders to facilitate strategy, process, and innovation planning/design.
4.Collaborate with stakeholders involved in digital strategy and digital innovation to develop a road-map.
5.Participate in enterprise strategy development own the documentation including environmental analysis, opportunity identification, value cases and business innovation portfolio development.
6.Be comfortable using design thinking techniques. This would include strategy on a page, strategic planning, business model canvas, disruptions and trends, customer and user profiling, journey maps and human-centric design.
7.Manage and coordinate business-facing projects, as needed, to ensure timely delivery, successful implementation and adoption of new business processes or capabilities.
8.Collaborate with key business stakeholders, leadership, and teams by reporting project status, issues, risks and benefits.
9.Seek ways to apply technology to business processes.
10.Collaborate with other IT functional areas to remain apprised of project status and inform LOB customer management of progress. Conversely, keep IT's technology and service managers aware of key LOB customer issues, identifying and resolving potential problems and conflicts.
11.Facilitate development of cross-LOB (enterprise) solutions that combine knowledge of particular business processes and issues, general technological options, process facilitation techniques and project management practices
