o Profound project management experience
o Several years of practical experience in national and international accounting (HGB, IFRS)
o Very good knowledge of the SAP R / 3 applications and MS Office (ideally SAP HANA knowledge in addition)
o High resilience and stress resistance
o Finance background (operational/practical experience in [leading] Controlling and/or Accounting roles

o Min 50% onsite presence in customer office in Germany (Bavaria)

Tasks/Deliverables
Overall Finance lead for the migration part of the Change Project. Interface management between Finance and IT/Business with respect to the migration part.
o Development of the project schedule from Finance perspective covering all relevant activities.
o Scheduling and content coordination of all relevant stakeholders inside and outside
o Organization, coordination and implementation of project meetings incl. meeting minutes
o Ongoing tracking of project progress
o Development of the content part (non-technical) of the migration concept (i.e. derivation rules, define in-scope out-of-scope items for migration, etc.)
This position needs to be able to manage/coordinate all activities regarding migration from Finance perspective on stand-alone basis. Regular discussions with local Finance colleagues ensure that the position gets all relevant support and information. But this position should be from the start part of all relevant meetings discussions regarding migration and needs to prepare decisions to be made by project management or Finance Manager.s, etc.
