Thank you for taking a look at my project proposal.We are looking for a Quantitative Financial Developer with skills of Python, MATLAB, SQL, Financial Markets, Statistics.
You should have an experience of at least 4 years in application development and minimum 2 years of experience with Python and Matlab. You should possess a Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Advanced degree in MS or PHD, Degree in Computational finance or Financial engineering and a possess Financial certifications like CFA, FRM, CQF, CAIA. All or any of the certifications are preferred and not mandatory.
You should have a strong analytical and quantitative skills as the project on which you would be working on would have Financial details involved. Software engineering skills including object-oriented design and the application of design patterns would be an added advantage.
If you have the additional knowledge of Parallel computing, very large data sets, data acquisition via APIs and market data distributors e.g. Refinitiv Eikon, Factset, Bloomberg, etc., it would a bonus point.
You should be working for at least a portion of your day during Singapore business hours.
