Your Responsibilities:- Align with Compliance Governance in regard to deletion approach of personal data for different Compliance department
- Define Guiding Principles for treatment, storage and deletion of Compliance relevant data including personal data of customers and Non-customers stored on fileshares, sharepoint and Collaboration room
- Research and Faciliation of tools for support of automized data deletion on fileshares, sharepoint and collaboration room of Compliance
- Align with Compliance Governance in regard to deletion approach
- Proactively drive deletion of personal data on fileshares, sharepoint and collaboration room in close cooperation and alignment with data owner
- Document deletion progress and achieved milestones
- Provide specifications and alignment with Lotus Notes developers in regard to clean up procedures of personal data within Lotus Notes Databases
- Support of the Compliance Governance department in regard to further GDPR relevant activities (eg process adaptions and descriptions, KPI definition)
