Your Tasks:- Design and setup of the credit policy
- Define and setup the credit policy for unsecured consumer loan sold digital e2e thru a mobile App in Poland to new-to-bank private individuals.
- This policy includes: automated loan underwriting process (rules & engine), comprehensive credit policy rules incl. general knock-out criteria, credit bureau/s rules & know outs, scoring (including 3rd party scores to leverage), credit capacity calculation, disposable income definition, income verification rules, all tailored-made for the Polish market, compliant with the local regulation and law requirements.
- Define detailed requirements for implementation of integration with local Polish credit bureau/s and other eventual 3rd parties providing data or scores to be utilized in loan underwriting.
- Setup a fraud policy efficient for the business model providing consumer loans remote and digital end-to-end to new-to-bank private individuals.
- Define the set of tools for loans portfolio credit risk management and elaborates respective solution epics.
- Act (during his/her assignment) as the product owner of a set of digital solution epics related to loan underwriting process, fraud and loans portfolio management tools, responsible for drafting epics, user stories/solution acceptance criteria according to the methodology and format as required.
- Ensure the allocated/entrusted part of digital lending product backlog is ready for IT development, ensures shared understanding of the credit risk assessment domain with IT delivery teams.
- Elaborate user stories into acceptance criteria, discusses requirements with IT architects in terms of feasibility, prepares and supports sprints grooming and planning sessions.
