Responsible for managing the Web services provided relating to their definition (SLA’s, OLA’s), design and implementation* Cost effective management of adidas Group WebService Operations
* Manage external partners and service providers
* Manage and Implementation of new Web Services and Applications
* Ensure best possible global adidas Infrastructure Web Services and Web Applications
* Innovation of new Web Technologies
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Ensure service levels are met/Define SLA with internal customer
* Defining Global adidas Group standards for Web Services
* Manage external partners and service providers
* Create and maintain Infrastructure Web Service documentation
* Management of Web Service Audits and Certifications
* Infrastructure Capacity Management of Web Services
* Responsible that service levels are met and for business satisfaction with the service delivered
* Escalation point for customers
* Align and ensure with vendor management that contract negotiation, maintenance contracts, orders, consultancy requests are in place and executed
