Role: German-speaking IT Support Analyst
My Vienna-based client are currently recruiting for a German-speaking IT Support Analyst to join their team on a 6 month contract basis with immediate effect.
In this position, you will be required to provide first level support through taking calls and resolving incident requests where possible.
In order to be considered, experience in the following is required:
- Fluent in German
- Experience in IT Support role
- Documentation using Service-Now
- Basic report provision using SQL
