Looking for a L2/L3 support for one of our clients:
Description
Provide 2nd & 3rd Level desktop support to Apple internal employees, contractors, and vendors. Manage the team's incidents queue and action all incidents within the given SLA. Manage the hardware repair process in region, liaising with our offsite and onsite hardware repair service providers. Support Mac OS X Servers, troubleshooting access and permissions issues
REQUIRED SKILLS/JOB EXPERIENCE
Experience with Mac OS X, iOS and Windows
Support Mac OS X Servers, troubleshooting access and permissions issues
- Experience working in a cross-functional Matrix organization
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Extremely strong teamwork ethic and customer support focus
- Fluency in German and English is Mandatory, Additional language a plus.
- Proficiency in English Language is Desirable
