My client is sourcing for IT security project management services. Scope of services and deliverables are detailed below.
- The project aims at providing a standard global Proxy security solution to refresh Legacy Proxy platforms and migrate to McAfee Web Gateway
- It includes several international markets to deploy.
- In collaboration with the Global Project Manager, drive the technical delivery of the migration of markets on the new solution based on McAfee Web Gateway
- Manage the day to day operations of the project delivery through to completion
- Maintain and provide up to date project plans for the deliverables
- Work with technical delivery team to track remediation activities
- Coordinate between stakeholders
- Manage the risk log, action log, decision log, issue log
- Manage blockers/showstoppers to keep the project on track
- Submit weekly status to the Global Project Manager
- Challenge and report actuals
- Ensure proper documentation is delivered by the project delivery team
- Escalate and manage issues
- Must have skills

- Driving projects with worldwide teams
- Management of projects in large organization
- Management of IT security projects
- Management of Security Operations Center related projects is a plus
- Management of Arcsight related project is a plus
