Venesky-Brown's client is looking for a Communications Manager for an 11 month contract based in Stirling
The Communications Manager will be required to plan and deliver internal and external communications & customer services and products output.
Responsibilities:
Customer/user research and development work for existing and new products
Website user journey
Strategies publication, access and consultation
Improving message content
Comms support to product development.
Strategy engagement
Improving communication
Contribute to getting the organisation's data into other orgs' digital products
Awareness raising engagement product development (education particularly)
Marketing of new or improved schemes and other developments
Requirements:
A confident communications professional who can manage several projects at any time, be used to a fast paced environment with tight deadlines and enjoy working with a wide range of partners and the public.
Ability to absorb technical info and communicate it with non-technical audiences simple and effectively
Able to project manage effectively, is creative, organised and can demonstrate experience and aptitude in: writing copy for a range of communication channels; working with internal and external partners; developing marketing materials; briefing and managing external suppliers; and delivering effective communications around community engagement.
