NEW CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE IN THE HAGUE FOR A CONTRACT SERVICE DESK TECHNICIAN

- 1ST LINE SUPPORT/WINDOWS 7 - 10/Hardware/Software/CISCO
- 9 Month Contract
- €25-€30 per hour (dependent on experience)

WHO WE ARE?
We are a multi-national consultancy who specialise in the defence and security spheres. Our glowing reputation has allowed us to work with household names across the private and public sector. We have recently acquired a large scale project with a prestigious end client, who require a number of Service Desk Analysts with valid NATO clearance to join the team on a freelance/contract basis.
AS A CONTRACT SERVICE DESK ANALYST, YOU WILL DOING.
I am currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to assist with 1st/2nd line support, this will include duties such as resolving hardware issues on mobile devices and resolving assigned incident tickets. You will also be tasked with issuing new users with mobile devices. You will need to have experience with Windows 7/10, Office 2010 to 2016 as well as Mobile Device knowledge.
WE NEED THE CONTRACT SERVICE DESK TECHNICIAN TO HAVE.
Must have:
- 1st Line Support experience
- Resolving assigned incidents tickets
- Knowledge of Service Desk ticketing tools (BMC Remedy)
- Office 2010, 2013, 2016
- Windows 7/10
- SC Clearance
Nice to Have:
- Having worked with 2nd Line escalation
- Good Commercial Skills (Written and Verbal)
- IP Phones
- VPN Clients
