Functional scope: Manufacturing & Supply Chain Order Entry avec un Business Analyst EDI.
Main functions:
- Enhancement: From analysis of the business needs to implementation
- Problem solving and Service Request:
- Industrialisation of support activities
- Works on rule (incidents et Services Request) and communicates them to level 2
- Reduce backlog et à imrpovements (Continuous Service Improvement)
- Projecs:
- Business requirements gathering.
Work on the design of the solutions - Preconisations on customosation
- UAT
- Support for level 2 and 3
- Services Request ( catalogue/complexe)
Order Entry: Order, Order confirmation, Dispatch, Invoice, e-Invoicing, pricing catalog, sales report.
Basis knowledge in SQL, Java seront utiles tout comme des notions de Javascript, PHP, Windows Server, Scripting.
Profile:
- Previous experience in industrial context
- Ability to work with IT and non IT people
