Senior Organisational Expert - NOC to SOC Migration

(GSM, UMTS, LTE, Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, NOC, SOC, eTOM)

Our customer a specialist in the Telecommunications sector providing solutions in QoS, QoE, Optimisation, Network Inventory and Testing services are searching for a Senior Organizational Expert (NOC to SOC) for a project in Costa Rica.

The desired candidate will have the following capabilites:

Senior Organizational expert
Migration of NOC to SOC
High level of eTOM experience
Spansih language mandatory
Business process transformation
Expert in planning and implementation of Service Operations Centers (SOC).
Synchronize teams and tools
Deep expertise in mobile network operator (GSM, UMTS, LTE) organization
Knowledge transfer to the teams in the client

Daily duties to consist of:

Address challenges to migrate from conventional NOC to Service & Customer centric SOC to obtain operational excellence & better customer experience.
Develop a Unified Service Operations model, the benefits of which are expected to touch multiple functions within the MNO organization.
Audits of Tools and their daily use
Propose converged tools to provide such critical information needed to achieve Operational Excellence & Improve Customer Experience.
Audits for listing every types of relations between different Operator teams
Understand Objectives for each Teams and Translate it in concrete indicators for the others
Federate & Explain to all stakeholders their responsibilities in improvement of Customer eXperience
Review inter Teams procedures

Requested competence:

* At least 5 years of experience in Mobile network operator (GSM, UMTS, LTE)
* Capacity to prepared the RFP of a Operator for SOC implementation and managed services with a SQM/CEM platform.
* Suggested Vendor evaluation procedure.
* Organized and chaired the technical proposal review
* Meetings with the bidding Vendors
* Deep knowledge of vendors tools and equipment's
* Good skills to make presentations and explain results to the client.
* Be autonomous in customer environment (experience in LATAM operators valuable)
* Team player, open communication and ability to work in international environment
* English/Spanish.

Nuestro cliente, un especialista en el sector de las telecomunicaciones que brinda soluciones en QoS, QoE, optimización, inventario de red y servicios de prueba, está buscando un experto superior en organización (NOC a SOC) para un proyecto en San José - Costa Rica.

Aborde los desafíos para cambiar de NOC convencional a NOC centrado en el servicio y el cliente para obtener excelencia operativa y una mejor experiencia del cliente.
Desarrolle un modelo de Operaciones de Servicio Unificado, cuyos beneficios se espera que toquen múltiples funciones dentro de la organización MNO.
Auditorías de herramientas y su uso diario.
Proponga herramientas convergentes para proporcionar la información crítica necesaria para lograr la excelencia operativa y mejorar la experiencia del cliente.
Auditorías para enumerar todos los tipos de relaciones entre diferentes equipos de operadores
Comprender los objetivos para cada equipo y traducirlo en indicadores concretos para los demás
Federe y explique a todos los interesados sus responsabilidades en la mejora de la experiencia del cliente
Revisar los procedimientos entre equipos
