Site Acquisition & Permitting Coordinator
For our Norwegian Client we urgently need skilled Site Acquisition & Permitting Coordinators with a few years experience
preferable from Norway, but not a must
There is already 7 coordinators reporting to the SA manager, and we need 3 more to fill the busy super team, with many good colleagues.
YOU WILL:
1. Be a Single Point of Contact for Site Acquisition subcontractor for all activities related to acquisition of the sites under your responsibility
2. Internal review and alignment on Site Acquisition Request with the Radio Planning and Network Implementation
3. Briefing to Site Acquisition subcontractor and release of Site Acquisition Request
4. Follow-up on Site Acquisition progress
5. Be responsible for an efficient coordination of Site Acquisition activity between Customer, Site Acquisition subcontractor, Radio Planning and Network Implementation teams
6. Review and validate Site Acquisition Reports delivered by Site Acquisition subcontractor
7. Deliver the Site Acquisition Reports to the Customer and ensure it is approved by customer stakeholders
8. Upon approval of Site Acquisition Report by the Customer, coordinate lease contract signature activities between the Customer and Site Acquisition subcontractor
9. Whenever required, follow-up on timely application for and delivery of: site owner's implementation documentation, power to the site, building permits etc
10. Transfer of an acquired and ready for implementation site to the Network Implementation team
