Our client:A market-leading developer and manufacturer of industrial components and solutions with dynamically growing international business on all continents. The global IT team, which is mostly located in Bergamo, is currently driving a groupwide harmonization and upgrade of core systems including an Infor LN ERP system with a configure, price and quote (CPQ) solution.
Your mission:
- Take ownership in driving CPQ implementation feature development through every stage of the life cycle and delivering incremental value using validated agile methodologies
- Prepare project plan for the CPQ design project including deliverables, time line, budget and resource requirements
- Define the product configurator modelling rules and policy as well as the configurator team governance structure in alignment with general master data management future organization
- Gather detailed business requirements from business owners and understand product interaction within the sales process and from an end user experience point of view
- Drive implementation of the products required for the first ERP pilots in accordance with the defined rules and policies
Your experiences and talents:
- Proven track record as expert in implementing CPQ processes as part of international ERP rollouts – preferably SAP or Infor
- Strong working knowledge of sales processes and optimization of these processes in an industrial environment
- In-depth knowledge of project management methods and tools, ideally supplemented by IPMA, PMI and/or Scrum certification
- Experience with 3rd Party Applications that integrate with CPQ (e.g. Conga, SpringCM or Nintex/Drawloop, DocuSign) and with developing CRM features/custom apps to increase user efficiency would be a plus
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of new features as well as resolve operational issues
- Analytical and entrepreneurial thinker with “can-do”-attitude and focus on solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - fluent English is a must, Spanish is a plus
- Ability to travel frequently
