Main tasks:
- Supporting the development of a globally used software in the insurance industry
- Debugging
- Possibly assisting in architecture tasks, depending on experience
- Creating technical designs
Main qualifications
- Very good Java (SE)-knowledge
- Experienced with Eclipse as the base framework of applications
- Experienced in OOP concepts, encapsulation, inheritance vs. delegation, access operators, simple design patterns (GoF)
- Experience in SQL, Eclipse IDE, basic Linux know-how and Version management tools
- Experience in web services, Eclipse RCP architecture and performance tuning of advantage
- Web interface programming with REST/SOAP
