Level 1 Desk-Side Support Engineer Luxembourg - 6 months + Freelance
I am currently working with a client who is looking for a desk-side support role for a 6-month freelance mission in Luxembourg. The role would centre around the use of computer/telephone systems. with a technical background, who can support IT systems
Role:
- Deliver high-quality first-level service of the technology environment.
- Provide intermediate-level network troubleshooting and services, and desktop/laptop troubleshooting and services
- Participate in the implementation of national IT projects in the local environment
- Proactively communicate with customers, from analysis through resolution, to keep them informed of status; provide follow-up upon resolution to ensure customer satisfaction
- Apply working knowledge of internal client-specific applications to troubleshoot issues
- Experience with infrastructure systems required: Windows Server, Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM.
- 1-2 years experience is sufficient
- English required, French or Dutch desired

Skills:
