I am currently looking for a Proposition Manager to join a financial services organisation and be based in Gloucestershire.
The right candidate will be responsible for developing and differentiating customer propositions for Insurance products.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse existing propositions, to ascertain their current offering and performance
- Map products and propositions within the marketplace from competitors
- Identify modifications and strategic outputs to ensure propositions are differentiated to the market
- Manage proposition development activities
Essential skills:
- Strong background in financial services, ideally with knowledge of Insurance - however this is not essential
- Excellent experience of managing & developing propositions
- The ability to understand and implement differentiators to existing propositions
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written
- Strong planning and organisation skills
