Beschreibung

Our client is seeking candidates for the position of Mobile Device Support to sustain mobile device support services, vital to operational efficiency, the Office of Information Technology (OIT) requires a Mobile Device Technical Analyst to support users wireless devices. The support of these devices is very demanding and must be performed in a very timely fashion to ensure that users have access to their emails at all times. An OIT Wireless support person must be on-site every day during core business hours

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enroll wireless devices using Airwatch Mobile Device Management (MDM) consoles
  • Monitor the OIT Wireless Support Mailbox and immediately respond to client requests
  • Troubleshoot and escalate DFCS wireless problems
  • Activate new wireless devices and upgrade wireless devices
  • Maintain wireless inventories, metrics and logs in SharePoint
  • Train users on proper use of mobile devices

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or related field, or specialized training
  • Minimum of 3 years supporting, Androids, iOS and other mobile devices
  • Experience activating mobile devices
  • Experience troubleshooting & resolving mobile device problems
  • Experience training on mobile devices
  • Experience working for a wireless company is a plus
  • AirWatch Certification is a plus
  • SharePoint experience is a plus
  • Experience using Windows SmartPhones is a plus
  • Experience maintaining mobile device inventories
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Strong analytic, problem solving, business judgment and organization skills
  • Experience working with all levels of staff and management in customer departments, as well as different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience

Utilized knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
