Montash have been engaged by a leading global company who require a Senior Product Researcher for their Eindhoven office. As a Senior Product Researcher, you will be working for a well-established multi-national brand and recognised market leader, where you will play a key role within the Product Research team. The Product Researcher will be experienced in the Product Development environment as well as a strong understanding of Usability, User Experience, UI and Consumer Research; Marketing experience is also beneficial.
The Product Researcher will have the opportunity to represent the consumer within the innovation and development process; defining the client Value Proposition, translating requirements, validating strategic plans, documentation, guiding the design team through development and testing stages. As Product Researcher, you are the voice of the customer within the integral project team. You will have strong communication skills, be a team-player and be more than comfortable liaising with stakeholders.
As Product Researcher, your challenge is to identify consumer needs, tension areas and to translate these into relevant user requirements throughout the innovation process. You will work towards successful launches and consumer engagement.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in Product Research, Consumer Research, UX/UI Research, Usability or psychology in the domain of product development
- Experience/Understanding with UX/UI design, Usability methods and tools - within non-digital products
- Broad understanding of consumer research methodologies and sound understanding of the underlying statistics
- Experience translating requirements, taking feedback on user needs and understanding what that means to the development of the product
- Technical understanding combined with consumer mindset to bridge the gap between technology and consumer
- Familiar with working with Marketing teams is beneficial
- Excellent Communication Skills + Strong Stakeholder Management Experience
- Good Presentation Skills
- Proactive attitude - you should be able to take the lead and proactively represent the end-user in our innovation processes
