• 3-5 years of experience in Mechanical Design and Development.• Expertise in CAD software in Solid works3D & Autodesk Inventor in Modeling, Parametric Detailing & assembly.
• Excepted good Knowledge of different manufacturing methods & process.
• Experience in design of Plastic parts particularly with Injection molding parts.
• Hands On experience in Tolerance analysis concepts like stack up analysis, Linear chain etc.
• Good knowledge on Material selection (Engineering Plastics, Rubber & Metals) and mechanical hardware selection such as Screws, gaskets, O rings and other sealing elements
• Experience in New product development process and validation of the products.
• Attitude to learn new concepts / new methodology during project lifecycle
• Added advantage in Component Engineering & Value Engineering activities
• Added advantage for having knowledge on the Safety and protective parts design.
