PFB:
- Working with Internal/External teams to ensure tickets are raised in client ITSM Solution
- Follow Up on open Tickets
- Work with SIEM team to ensure Log source outages Ticket are raised and followed up on
- Weekly/Monthly reporting on tickets
- Work with SIEM Enterprise Security Team to ensure all changes are managed using Client ITSM Tool
- Ability to work in a global environment
- Knowledge of windows SCCM a plus
- Good communication skills are written/verbal
- Able to work in the EU (Czech Republic)
- 4+ Years in a support role (Desktop and or Service Desk)
