Talent Manager - Internal Recruitment Manager - Technology - Lisbon/London
A leading VC backed company with offices in London, Lisbon and throughout EMEA are looking for a talented and experienced Talent Manager to join their team based in Lisbon on an initial 6 month contract basis.
As Talent Manager with this exciting company in the online reteail space, you will own the internal recruitment strategy and report directly to the board, providing expert market analysis, managing stakeholders and agencies, as well as effectively headhunting technology talent for the company.
Essential Skills/Experience
- Proven ability to recruit technology professionals
- Experience in managing full process from conversation through to offer
- Strong knowledge of the European IT & Technology market
- Knowledge of SW Development languages: Java, Python, Node, Javascript
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders
- Previous experience leading and managing internal recruitment teams
- Extensive on-site/internal recruitment experience
This role will be based in Lisbon over an initial 6 month period. You will work with a hugely talented and growing technology company, at the heart of their operations and talent team.
You must have worked internally as a Talent Manager before and will be able to work in Lisbon.
