WEST AFRICA FIREWALL MIGRATION PROJECTREMOTE BASED

Job Description:
Insoft Services is immediately hiring Network security (Firewall) Engineers interested in joining our team on a large-scale firewall migration project spanning the West African countries. Our mission is to migrate clients from a diverse set of vendors such as Juniper, Cisco and Checkpoint to Fortigate firewalls efficiently, effectively and securely.
• Looking for 5 engineers who will work on Fortigate firewalls .
• The project involves a large roll-out in Africa. The countries for the on-site migrations include:
Benin, Cameroon, Congo-Brazaville, Ghana, Guinee-Bissau, Guinee-Conakry, Ivory Coast, Rwanda, Swaziland, Uganda, Zambia
• It will involve conversions from in general:
Cisco, Juniper-SRX and Checkpoint
Qualifications/ Experience:
i. Juniper Security (JNCIP-Sec)
ii. Cisco (CCNP-Security)
iii. Fortinet (NSE4+)
Relevant 3+ years of experience in Network security/ Firewall roles may be considered in lieu of a certification.
We are seeking individuals with:
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA/Juniper SRX/PaloAlto/Checkpoint/Fortigate firewall configuration experience
• Prior project experience in the conversion of security policies and firewall rule sets is desired
• Strong working knowledge of security protocols, policies, VPNs and network security zones
• Basic understanding of networking principles, routing and switching
• Experience with Forti-converter is an added advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required with good verbal and written communication skills
