HR Manager (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
  • You partner with and coach the management teams in implementing a more effective and agile organizational model and a performance driven culture
  • You act as a change agent and consult both on individual and collective HR issues
  • You implement the corporate HR strategy locally and you ensure alignment with the company´s international HR processes as well as regulations and labor law
  • You lead the recruiting process, realizing job interviews / assessments, setting up contracts and steering the onboarding process
  • You engage with the business leaders in all aspects of HR, including employee relations, compensation and performance metrics, talent development etc.
  • You provide direction, guidance and counseling to the management team on best practices, policies and regulations to ensure compliance, employee engagement, workforce planning and appropriate handling of all other HR-related issues
  • You support the implementation of new HR standards and programs such as performance-based increase, organizational efficiency, employer value proposition, recruiting, talent management and employee recognition
  • You create a positive, trustful and constructive working relationship with workers councils in order to reach strategically relevant targets
  • You manage and develop your HR team in Germany
  • You contribute to the development of the Europe HR function and organization (structure, standardization, automatization, technology, KPIs)


Main qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field and profound progressive leadership experience in HR positions of a similar scope
  • Profound knowledge of the HR Generalist role or combination of HR specialist and generalist experience, preferably in an international matrix organization
  • Proven managerial and leadership skills including high result orientation, team spirit and transformational power
  • Strong business acumen combined with the ability to provide practical business solutions and build pragmatic processes to increase efficiency
  • Demonstrated problem solving, coaching and consulting skills as well as project management abilities
  • Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to build influential relationships at all levels within the organization
  • Solid knowledge of employment law, regulations and statutes as well as proven experience in managing labor relations in an international environment
  • Fluency in English and German
