Job Introduction
My client is an exciting fast moving automotive development company. They support motor vehicle and engine development for some of the most recognisable car brands in the world. They are seeking a talented EE for a team lead position.
Responsibilities

• Manage the engineering team to develop base software stacks from functional concept, configure, implement to verification
• First level of formal supervisory responsibility with both functional and disciplinary authority
• Acts as primary management interface and escalation for all product system related issues
• Development of a base software platform strategy
• Maintain continuous integration infrastructure and build process
• Ensure engineering targets are reached

Requirements

• Knowledge of embedded software development in C/C++ for 16 bit and 32 bit micro-controllers including application and low level drivers for multiple micro-controllers such as PPC microcontrollers, ARM Core, or DSP
• Experience in Autosar
• Advanced knowledge in software testing and procedures
