RequirementsThe Business Analysts shall meet the profile covered by the educational, experience and skill requirements as defined below.
Experience and Skills
The consultant shall have the following mandatory experience:
• • Minimum of six (6) years of working experience as a business analyst in an information systems context;
• • Experience with all elements of Software Development Lifecycle: Eliciting and documenting business process flows, use cases, requirements, quality management plans and user acceptance testing;
• • Experience in business process reengineering: Identifying opportunities for improvements, proposing new processes, and getting buy-in from stakeholders to implement;
• • In-depth experience of developing business process and requirements specifications;
• • Good understanding of tools and technologies used in business analysis and system development; and
• • Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
The Business Analysts shall have the following mandatory skills:
• • Strong analytical skills and customer orientation to translate customer requests into workable solutions;
• • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external counterparts and to work harmoniously in a multicultural/multidisciplinary team with respect and sensitivity for diversity;
• • Good communication skills: Ability to write clearly and in a structured manner and to make effective oral presentations;
• • Planning and organizing skills: Demonstrated ability to plan activities well in advance, taking into account possible changing circumstances.
Deliverables The deliverables for each assignment of the Business Analysts, which must follow established standards, may include some or all of the following items:

b. b) Business analysis activities plans
c. c) Requirements packages
d. d) Requirements traceability matrix
e. e) Elicitation results
f. f) Solution recommendations
g. g) Design options
h. h) Requirements specifications
i. i) Business process specifications
j. j) Screen mock-ups
k. k) Maintained product backlog
