Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of six (6) years of working experience as a business analyst in an information systems context;
- Experience with all elements of Software Development Lifecycle: Eliciting and documenting business process flows, use cases, requirements, quality management plans and user acceptance testing;
- Experience in business process reengineering: Identifying opportunities for improvements, proposing new processes, and getting buy-in from stakeholders to implement;
- In-depth experience of developing business process and requirements specifications;
- Good understanding of tools and technologies used in business analysis and system development; and
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
- Strong analytical skills and customer orientation to translate customer requests into workable solutions;
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external counterparts and to work harmoniously in a multicultural/multidisciplinary team with respect and sensitivity for diversity;
- Good communication skills: Ability to write clearly and in a structured manner and to make effective oral presentations;
- Planning and organizing skills: Demonstrated ability to plan activities well in advance, taking into account possible changing circumstances.
