We are looking for our client for a Management of Change Consultant / Communications Consultant in the area of Basel:Description:
Global Windows 7 and Office 2010 migration
Global migration of workforce to Win 7/Office
Implement a client (windows) platform by end of 2011 which enables a freat end user experience and promotes knowledge
sharing effectively while supporting customer business needs
Detailed description:
- Experienced in the delivery change related activities as part of technical rollout, specifically communications and training solutions.
- Able to establish and maintain stakeholder engagement to ensure business convey key messages to workforce.
- Able to work as part of wider rollout and management of change team to ensure development and delivery of effective end user communications and training and support solution in support of migration.
- Responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of change and for undertaking corrective action as required.
- Establish change plan to support specific area of clients business.
- Work with Rollout team, wider management of change, and client communications to enable delivery of the plan.
- Develop and refine communications materials to ensure currency and accuracy.
- Monitor delivery of communications and training/support materials to assess effectiveness and develop corrective action if required.
- Support business stakeholders and provide communications events as required.
- Report on status and outcomes of change plan.

- Strong skill in use of office products (word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- German and English fluent (Swiss German / French as an advantage)
