We are looking for a number of agents with experience with OB sales for travel agency
Experience required in:
Pre-Booking- Asking questions about the properties.
Post-Booking- Answer any questions regarding the property, location etc.
Post-Stay-Complaints or issues regarding their stay.
Hotel Reservation
Contractor requirements:
1. Has a solid command of the Arabic, French and English language.
2. Internet connection of 2Mb or more. It cannot be wireless nor through a data card. You should also test that you do not have a latency of over 100ms. You can test these requirements running a simple test at speedtest.net
3. Headset: This headset can be simple, but it must connect to your computer via USB. This is to ensure proper phone behavior and call quality.
