Scheduler (pharmaceutical production) (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Create and update a master plan for the assigned project that includes timelines, required resources, the order of needed tasks, and the responsibilities of each project team member
- Drive the planning activities to develop plans, work packages, and estimate of resources
- Take responsibility for schedule development and tracking for project activities to drive monthly capex expenditure delivery
- Build the interface with the contractor planners to ensure good exchange of information
- Work closely with the project manager to ensure that project milestones are met efficiently
- Prepare and provide schedule progress reports, trending charts and schedule analysis on a periodic basis
Main qualifications
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical production basics, to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Practial project experience with MS Project, Excel on a professional user level
- English and German on negotianional level is mandatory
- Primavera knowledge is an advantage
