Beschreibung
1. 24*7 Handling calls/emails/tickets for the mobile and Fixed network technical issues and status calls from other NOCs, field teams2. Create and forward tickets with observations
3. 24*7 activities for Alarm monitoring, Ticketing & Co-ordination
4. Check status of tickets, site alarms, communicate with requestor
5. Handle Access requests and coordinate for site access
6. Handle calls related to changes in network, check change request and grant permissions
7. Coordination with field teams, construction teams, project teams
8. Escalation to right teams and stake holders
Skill and Knowledge
1. 1 to 4 years of experience in working with OEM or Tier 1mobile service providers supporting similar activities
2. Should have understanding of mobile network domains and functions (NOC, field, Project)
3. Understanding of call handling processes, exposure to ticketing tools
4. Graduate in science or Engineering Diploma, Shall be quick learner
5. German speaking and writing skills with B1 competency
6. Good English writing and speaking skills of C1 level.
