Project Manager Cross Border e-validation (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Overall responsibility for the successful delivery and management of the Cross Boarder digital export validation project
- Coordination of project schedule, resources, equipment and information
- Breaking project into doable actions and set timeframes
- Liaising and communicating with different stakeholders: Authorities, Ministry of Finance, Customs Office, Lawyers, local Communities etc. to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Assigning task to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Analyse risks and opportunities
- Overseeing project procurement management and negotiating related contracts
- Monitoring project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Providing reports on project activities, including recommendations, proposals
- Issuing all appropriate legal documents (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
Main qualifications
- Solid track record in managing and delivering projects
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- Strong communication skills, both in English and German
- Experience with stakeholder management and contract negotiation
- Basic understanding of IT
- High willingness to travel within the DACH region
