ResponsibilitiesAs a SCADA Engineer/Automation Engineer (f/m/d) you will be responsible for implementing power control concepts, local options, and other automated functionality in power plants based the standards and customer specific requirements. You ensure knowledge transfer as well as all kind of solutions around our SCADA products to resolve issues/projects with moderate complexity. Your geographical scope is NCE, but you're primarily focused on tasks in Central-Europe.
- Engineering of power plant control software to meet the site-specific requirements
- Support the SCADA project from kick-off to commissioning
- SCADA system setup and verification
- Programming PLC
- Technical documentation
- Remote commissioning and support
- Fault finding
This position is all about technical support. We're looking for someone who wants to use his/her technical expertise as a platform for creating great implementations for our customers.
- Engineer degree, preferably electronics, IT or telecommunications
- Experience in PLC programming, automation or with SCADA systems
- Industrial electricity and electronics knowledge would be appreciated
- Experience on communication (MODBUS, DNP, OPC)
- Knowledge and experience of computer networks and their configuration
- Strong English skills, both in speech and writing; German is a plus
