Technical Lead Deployment Management (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Drive planning and delivering of high-quality Salesforce based application deployments
- Manage periodic SFDC releases (3x a year) to ensure new features will not impact our existing functionality and assess opportunities for use
- Document formal release notes and communicate with business leads about upcoming release plans
- Responsible for documenting release process, perform releases between TEST, stage and production instances and executing pre/post deployment verification
- Develop deployment steps, related documentation, manage deployment schedules and milestones
- Collaborate and manage deployment processes across all IT functions
- Define and manage deployment readiness and success criteria based on business requirements
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and remove obstacles to deployment
- Define sandbox strategy and manage sandboxes (refresh, data loads)
- Additionally, create documentation used to train other team members on deployment process
- Guide the completion of technical root cause analysis to ensure issues do not recur
Main qualifications
- Experience in working in a Salesforce.com technical lead, architect or development manager position
- Experience working on projects related to commercial/ sales process improvement is ideal
- Actively working with SFDC in current position or have done so in a recent position
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com concepts including standard objects structure, environment management, workflows, API integrations, reporting, general design concepts and overall approach of Salesforce.com as a CRM platform
- Proven ability to lead teams of developers, provide best practice coding standards and manage a complex CRM environment
