Next Ventures are looking for an Oracle Assistant PMO for a long term project.
Responsibilities:
Management of customers/external stakeholders
Build relationship with and achieve trust of Single Point of Contact on the customer side
Provide accurate reporting on budget/status/timelines/issues/risks
Proactive approach in anticipating business needs for the next quarter/half year
Formalization of business approval
Coordination of internal stakeholders
Support the establishment of a process aligned with all relevant internal stakeholders
Work closely together with departments for monitoring progresses in the creation of deliverables and adherence to the process
Accountability and responsibility for submission of offers in line with customer's expectations
Profile: Excellent English in both written and verbal communication.
Client-facing experience and Client-driven approach.
Experience in consulting is an advantage
Excellent presentation and reporting skills
Structured approach to complex situation and attention to details
Capacity of extracting information from unstructured data, proactive identification and management of issues and dependencies
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Confidence and ability to manage potential conflicts
Independent and accurate working methods coupled with a high degree of teamwork
