Next Ventures are currently seeking a German speaking SAP CRM Consultant for a project based in Salzburg, Austria.
Start: Immediately
Duration: Until end of year
Qualifications:
Deep knowledge of SAP CRM Environment-Area: Loyalty, Interaction Center, Marketing/HV Segmentation Very good SAP CRM knowledge (environment, standard components, best practices, etc.)
Professional experience in SAP CRM Consulting 3 years (Loyalty, Interaction Center, Marketing/HV segmentation)
Interfaces, IDocs, Datamodelling, web services ABAP knowledge
Technical and business process understanding
Team ability, independence & hands-on mentality
Tasks:
Engineering and act as an interface between business and development: If necessary, development activities
Strategic development of our existing solutions in the CRM environment
Working in national and international projects (design, specification, tests, acceptance,...)
Solution advice in terms of efficiency, performance and stability
Define and ensure quality standards
Support in building an internal CRM team (know-how transfer)
