Type: Contract (12 months - with scope to extend)
Rate: €70-75 an hour (depending on experience)
Montash have been engaged with an international E-commerce company based in Vienna, who are seeking a freelance Scrum Master for a long-term project. We are looking for a Scrum Master with Agile methodology experience in a software development environment. You will be able to lead with excellent communication skills to bring forth the company's innovative vision.
Your duties will include; facilitating an Agile software delivery process by continuously and collaboratively improving all aspects of our Scrum/Agile development. Ensure knowledge transfer and organizational learning across all departments. Ensure transparency in regard to high performance development, stakeholder engagement, processes supporting the team, the team organization.
German language C1 level and above is a must!
Due to the location of this project, please only apply if you are eligible to work in Austria in a freelance capacity.
Required Skills:
- At least 3 years Agile/Scrum experience within Software Delivery
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of Scrum/Agile
- Experience in software team collaboration and executing change processes
- Fluent German (at least C1 level or above)
- Pro-active person with good communication skills
