Your tasks:Optimization, Tuning & Fine Tuning
Workload and Capacity Planning
Performance Modelling
Advanced Clustering/Failover/Balancing
Disaster Recovery Strategies
Assessing servers, storage and Infrastructure sizing
Analyzing Hardware sizing to meet Application requirements
Designing load balancing and clustering solutions according to architecture standards
Prepare Architectural design documentation, including diagrams and inventories
Defining the life cycle of system implementation
Building strategic direction, and standards for procedures and policies as they relate to IT systems architecture
Ensure Application requirements and translated them into technical solutions
Reviewing new and existing IT projects, systems designs and plans, and conducting research on emerging technologies to support changes in infrastructure
Design, develop and supervise implementation of test plans and report findings, in addition make recommendations to appropriate stakeholders
Formidable ability to conduct handover & know-how stages and knowledge transfer VAP
Free to travel for conferences and trade shows, or to vendor as well customer locations or satellite offices
Your profile:
Knowledgeable of System Architectures ( End-User Client – Web Browser UI, Servers – Web & Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition J2EE, Application Servers – Business Logic, Database Servers – oracle 12c, MSServer, Middleware – Apache, JBoss)
Knowledgeable of Operating Systems: Linux/Sun Solaris/ IBM AIX
Knowledgeable of MQ Manager/ other JMS
Optimization, Tuning & Fine Tuning
Security knowledge (SGATE, VAPT, etc.)
Extensive experience in developing strategic systems architecture plans
Hands-on experience with gathering/analysis to match and join technical requirements with business requirements
Proven experience in systems and network design and development
Strong understanding of information processing principles and practices
Strong knowledge of software evaluation principles and practices
Good knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
Superior written and oral communication skills
Excellent architecture and technical support documentation skills
Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
Ability to conduct research into emerging technologies and trends, standards, and products as required
