Enterprise Architect [IT Service Management]

On behalf of our client, a renowned financial institution in Zurich, Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Enterprise Architect specialized in IT Service Management-specifically, ServiceNow.
Your role:
- Working in close collaboration with other engineers, product managers, and service delivery experts
- Counseling service architects
- Playing a crucial role in shaping the IT Systems landscape of the bank
Your profile:
- You are an experienced Enterprise Architect (5+ years) with proven experience in the IT Service Management domain, including ServiceNow
- ITIL Certification is a plus
- You possess exceptional analytical skills, and you are passionate about solving large-scale problems
- You are an exceptional communicator with stakeholders across all levels (end users, IT, upper management, etc.)
- Ideally, you have led a similar ServiceNow project within a large organization
- You are fluent in English (any other languages are a plus)
