CONTEXT/INTRODUCTION AND OBJECTIVES
Currently DIGIT as a leading role in the improvement and harmonisation of the eGovernance, under the GPSB (Grants Procurement Steering Board) governance. One objective of the program is to model and harmonise Grant and procurement processes across the Commission and executive agencies, and further on across the other Institutions and regulatory agencies.
DIGIT B1, as client facing Unit, must lead the business analysis and stakeholder management for the Grants and Procurement domain. In collaboration with RTD and DIGIT B4, DIGIT B1 is responsible for enterprise architecture, business process modelling and harmonisation (led by the Business Process Owners), business and functional analysis, solution architecture.
A Business Analyst with strong business skills and understanding of the Grant and Procurement management business is needed. The Business Analyst will analyse business processes, procedures in order to identify problems and determine solutions. He/she will support the management of stakeholders, eliciting and gathering requirements, proposing improvements and documenting specifications.
