For our client in Basel we are looking for an IT Project Quality Manager for a 10-month contract.

Description:
Ensures definition of the overall Compliance and Quality Strategy for company divestiture project on various levels such as program, projects, systems/services and vendors
Ensures alignment of the Compliance and Quality Strategy within Moonstone. Ensures the delivery regular reporting on Compliance & Quality
Ensures alignment with Global QA/e-Compliance
Authors Quality Master Plans
Approves deliverables defining the Compliance and Quality Strategy, such as Project Quality Plans and Project Quality Reports
Supports the TIS project teams in compliance and quality related tasks: Tollgate reviews, status of deliverables
Ensures that projects are conducted in line with ICE and the TIS Risk and Compliance Manual
Authors Project Quality Plans which define all actions, deliverables, responsibilities and procedures to satisfy the NBS IT quality requirements
Supports the project teams in quality mgt activities
Supports the preparation of High Level Risk Assessments and Functional Risk Assessments
Conducts internal project reviews and ensures that the standard quality mgt procedures are followed and properly executed (formal aspects, not content)

Escalation point for the Compliance & Quality Managers and Project Quality Managers
Requirements:
-Demonstrated leadership experience
-Familiarity with QA tools such as: Proton, IcE trained;
-Experience with automated regression testing is a plus/
-Ability to work independently within a quickly changing environment with strict deadlines;
-Strong analytical skills and Ability to multi-task;
-Strong attention to detail;
-Proven communication and documentation skills in English;
-Excellent organizational and troubleshooting;
-Knowledge of all aspects of infrastructure management.
