We ar looking for a Senior Analyst CRM / Operational CRM in the Area of Vienna:

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Supports the Department with the Implementation of an Inhouse developed DM Solution
• Error analysis, Testing Support
• Requirements Engineering
• Interface Specification
• High level of independent work.
• Leads sub-teams and other colleagues in business analysis area, acts as mediator and coach for younger colleagues
• Collects business requirements (functional, non functional) for new BI requirements and aligns with business users from RBI and NWUs.
• Supports BI/DWH Know How transfer by performing trainings, workshops, etc. to business, NWU and IT business departments
• Prepares Gap Analysis and Cost estimation as part of the change management process and workflow
• Acts as 2nd and 3rd level troubleshooter within the defect management process in all BA related topics
• Prepares new mapping documentation or updates existing documents in terms of detailed functional interface specification for development
• Updates all BA related basic documents and concepts
• Cooperates with/ and supports the test manger in defining test case preparation and quality criteria
• Conducts BI/DWH functional oriented end user training in the course of implementation and migration workshops to ensure know-how transfer to local implementation teams of NWU`s
• Does administrative tasks in the area of team management and supports Team Leader Requirements Management.
• Co-ordinates and manages BICCs - Governance activities without supervision.
• Manages Business Acceptance testing for BI CC solutions in co-operation with Test Management

Qualification:
• Minimum 7 years working experience in financial sector
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business staff
• Strong analytical skills, well structured and hands-on approach
• Cross cultural as well as cross-hierarchical communication skills
• Excellent command of English and preferably a CEE language
• Skills in area of standard software tools - user level
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
• Team oriented and flexible
• Skills in leadership and people management
• OSFA Know how desirable
