Release and Deployment Manager (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Be part of international team, delivering software services for a strategic program all over the globe
- Apply release and project management, personal and team management skills
- Assure that customers and users can use the new or changed service in a way that supports their global business goals
- Work with the on-site and remote (offshore) teams
Main qualifications
- Ability to act as a single coordinator and planner for release composition of the subsystems and concise overall environment and deployment plan
- Ability to manage all aspects of release communication amongst the different subsystems and provide Early Life Support
- Ability to manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality
- Ability to coordinate, manage, resolve, and plan environmental needs
- Ability to develop an overall staging concept for software releases, plan environment usage and migrations
- Ability to produce and execute deployment and roll out plans considering the stages
- Ability to work along the boundary between Architecture, Design, Engineering, Quality Assurance and Operations to ensure that the release process is meeting short-term and long-term needs
- Ability to monitor and report the individual health of release items in all application releases, written and verbally at a team and upper management levels
- Ability to facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution
