Job Position: 2nd Level Support Technician
Location: Vienna, Austria
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Contract (12 months - with scope to extend)
Rate: €40-€50 an hour (depending on experience)
Montash have been engaged with an international E-commerce company based in Vienna, who are seeking a freelance 2nd Level Support Technician. You will be an analyst with proven customer feedback experience as well as 2nd Level Support. Or you may be ready to move from a 1st Level Support role into 2nd Level Support. The role requires a freelance consultant with good communication skills. Fluent German is a must!

Required Skills:
- 2nd Level Support experience
- Troubleshooting management
- Analysis of problems, cluster problems, solve problems or escalate to relevant team
- Ticketing
- Fluent German is required
- Pro-active person with good communication skills
