Tasks
- Cover existing Windows 7/Office 2010 environment.
- Interaction with multiple partners to in a multi-location environment
- Active work at the change from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
- Group policies analyze and change
- Microsoft Office cover and change
- Excel scripting support
- Incident management and root cause analysis and reporting
- Take over management and product ownership for some CIB Application
Activities cover the maintenance and setup of client physical and virtual desktop architecture for an existing Windows 7 and planned Windows 10 (>6000 desktops) environment. The service also includes the existing Office 2010 and for the future Office . The service need interaction of multiple internal and external partners for the same. It also involves the management and maybe ownership of a few products and CIB tools. Participate in projects and initiatives. Provide timely and quality assured solutions.
