Manning Global currently is looking for a Customer Quality Director to permanently work for one of our international clients in the Telecommunications industry, based in Germany, Rhine area (NRW). Start ASAP.

Covering our client’s key customers, you will manage quality standards in a German wide rollout: you will analyze customers’ quality requirements and identify quality risks; you will evaluate product and service quality; plan, promote and implement customer quality improving programs and be in charge of customer audits and implementing corrective actions. You will communicate intensively on product quality including network products, services, and feedback to open issues.

Skills needed for this challenging position include quality management (QM) experience in after sales processes, a passion for improving products and services as well as for improving customer satisfaction. You are a team player and good in coordinating and cooperating, being a strong communicator in different cultures. You also have experience in international sales, after sales projects and customer quality audits, all with fluency in German and English language.
