Technical Project Manager (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in Collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Orchestrate development and implementation for our field service and contract management platform across a mid-size project team
- Build expertise quickly in complex and challenging situations and prioritize across Multiple project deliverables with a sense of urgency
- Effectively collaborate with development and functional project leads to build and manage backlog, release schedule, break down project into sprints and manage to externally committed dates and timelines
- Effectively manage and communicate release and sprint scope, scope changes and risks to scope and timelines
- Collaborate and align with architects, developers, functional project managers and stakeholders across IT, services, finance, engineering and external partners
- Establish support structure and processes of the future applications
Main qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or Engineering
- Strong technical / IT background including proven project management experience
- Experience in implementation and roll-out of CRM platforms, covering documentation, planning and execution
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem resolution skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to conduct business in English
- Strong team player – collaborate well with others to solve problems and actively incorporate input from various sources
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, communication, organizational and leadership skills
- High level of energy, self-motivation and a strong customer focus
- Ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions and technical issues into business terms
- Scrum and agile methodologies desired
- Experience of using influencing skills to build consensus and commitment without using line management authority
